I feel like I haven't been on my points this week. I've eaten things I shouldn't and I didn't pay attention to points like I should. So its not really surprising that I gained a little bit.
I am also wondering if its water though. I went to the gym today and when I weighed myself after, I had gained weight. The only thing I can think is that I'm drinking a lot of water. So I don't know. I guess we'll see next week right?
Upside though I got to the gym today :). First time in a while and it was good! I think I'll be able to get back on it :).
