{ #weightwatchers Week 5}

Well guys I got back on track this week and lost!! I was 205.2 (I think) last week and I am currently 204.0 :)

I need toremember to stay away from salty foods. That does me in every single time. So no more!!

I've also decided to step up my activity. After D goes to bed in the morning I'm going to attempt a couple work out DVDs I've got. I might turn to YouTube for a little Jillian Michaels too. We shall see. Any little bit of movement helps though right?
