{ #weighwatchers Weigh In Week 8}


I have been fighting with my body since I first joined weight watchers again. I've also been battling my brain. But I think I've gotten over the hurdle. If I can keep this weight loss up *fingers crossed* I should be back on track in no time :)

You know what I've noticed? I weigh more right when I wake up. I don't know what the deal is with that at all. I weighed in this morning right after I peed this morning and I was 201.8, I was pissed. Then I weighed myself about 2 hours later before I got in the shower and I was 200.6. So I think I'll stop weighing in so early and start doing it after I've been up for a while but before I eat anything obviously. Does anyone else have this happen?

I have not been going to the gym. I got back on the wagon and then the ice came. I'm probably going to attempt to start it back up if the forecast isn't shitty this coming week. I know that if I get back in the gym and continue track all the time I'll see better results sooner.

I have been drinking more water also. I have also had the occasional soda. But for the most part, I've been drinking water/tea this week. I got one soda with my lunch the other day and then got another the same day at the gas station. But I have been drinking more water. Which is half my battle to be honest. I love soda. I think me giving it up is highly unlikely but I'm proud of myself for taking it down a notch.

I have been tracking like a crazy woman. I even tracked the one chicken nugget I had last night (I stole it from D after he said something smart assy! LOL). I usually don't track veggies and fruit but I have been this week. I've also been tracking my calories on MyFitnessPal and attempting to watch that as well. Do any other weight watchers girls do this too?

So yeah, that's my update this week. Keep your fingers crossed that I have a loss again next week!
