{Weight Watchers Update}

Lord all mighty this is not easy. I'm failing so hard at this I can't stand it. My body hates me and it's obvious.

I have gained weight since my last update. I can see it in my face and I can tell it from pictures.




Like this little gem from 4th of July. Look at that effing tire I've got wrapping around my midsection. I am not excited about that crap. And it won't go away!!

I'm tracking everything though. Even if I over eat. I track it. I'm trying to get back to my earlier way of eating. Less bread and pasta. More fruit and veggies. It's not too hard. I was already a fruit and veggie eater.

The girls in my mommy group have started a water challenge this month also. I decided to give it a shot. I've done pretty good so far. Even though it's only day 6. I'm actually feeling a little better since giving up all soda. I even got water both the times we've eaten out this week. It's been good :). Of course, I know I can do this. I've done it before. I gave up soda for a year once. I'm really hoping that this month long water only thing will help me kick the caffeine habit and I won't even crave it anymore. I'm also hoping it'll get rid of that gut. Ugh.

Have any of you tried the water challenge before? How long did you last before you drank something else?
