Gaige and Owen both had dentist visits today. Our last appt did not go well. Owen had to have a crown and ended up needing to wear "the blanket" and get laughing gas. You don't know stress until you hear your kid screaming cause he's scared and you know what's being done has to be done. They didn't hurt him. And they were really nice about it all. I'm sure they get kids like that all the time.

{My name is Kristin and I am Obsessed with TV}
I know. The first step to getting help is admitting you have a problem. I'm there.
I have been a TV watcher since I was a little girl. I started out with the typical shows a girl might watch growing up in the 80's. Jem, Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Brite, Shera. But eventually I graduated to MTV and their long list of trashy reality shows, I remember the very first Real World people. The first one.I am so old. And now I have a slight obsession with far too many shows. Some of which are ending soon and not coming back :(. Please tell me I'm not the only one that makes sure to enter her favorite shows time into her phone so that she doesn't forget it's on...even though I'm already DVRing it.

{My Return to Weight Watchers}
Yep. After giving it quite a bit of thought and researching nutrisystem after hearing my father in law talk about it, I decided to get back on the plan. I've been seriously lacking in my tracking since about July and it has lead to my gaining back almost all of the weight I'd lost on Weight Watchers since January of last year. Oddly enough I'm pretty sure it was about this time last year that I joined the first time. Quiting the weight watchers program and thinking I could do it my own with an off brand app, was my down fall I believe. Although that app is pretty helpful it didn't give me the motivation to use it. Paying $20 a month for a program is far more motivating. I don't want to be wasting my money. I know you know what I'm saying. With 3 kids every dollar is accounted for. And for me to pay $20/mo and not use it...that won't happen. So I'm starting over. I'm going back to what worked.

{I ♥ Sonic Slushes & A Face mask that tastes like Chocolate!}
You guys..omg! I love Sonic. I love all the things on their menu. Seriously you can not go wrong eating there! No. They are not good for my points. The Chicken Club Toaster that I get is 20pts. Which is sad. But it's worth it! Also, I don't know about the rest of America but for me, the best part of summer is the fairs. Not because I love going (I actually loath it most of the time. Who wants over priced food and rigged games? Go to Six Flags and go on some real rides.), but because of the Lemon Shake-Up's.

{What a Random Dream}
Do you ever dream about the most random, off the wall, things and you have no idea how your brain even cooked up that scenario?
I have those dreams all the time. Sometimes I'll dream about people who have passed. Which is weird on its own but I understand why I'm doing it. Then there are dreams like the one I had tonight. I've had them before and I always wake up a little shocked that my mind would even go there.

{My Home with Wheels}
I know that I've talked about how I inherited my grandpas motorhome. I knew I was getting this amazing vehicle long before he became ill. I think it was mine before I could actually form the sentence to claim it. When I was a teenager I remember him telling me someone had stopped at the gas station he owned to inquire about purchasing it. He said "if it were up to me I would talk about selling it. But I have a grand-daughter that would be less than happy if I let it go" (or something along those lines). He was talking about me.

{Sometimes Being a Mom is Boring}
With the holidays over and having just one more event planned before school starts back up, my life has gotten so boring. Not that it was full of excitement before lol, but its gotten even more so lately.
There are plenty of things I could write about. Like how I hate doing laundry, or how I really wish Owen wouldn't stand outside the bathroom door while I poop. But those are all such mom things to write about. Don't we all have to do laundry? Don't we all wish we could go potty without an audience? I'm pretty sure those are the things every mother bitches about.
{2015 Goal List}
While everyone else is busy making their New Years Resolutions I'm making goals. I realized a long time ago that my resolutions were just not getting kept. They were being swept off to the side around February and forgotten completely by April. Last year was the first year I had actually stuck to what I'd set for myself longer than just until spring. Of course, by summer vacation I'd lost all motivation but whatever. A little improvement is better than none right?
So this year, I'm going to set my goals again. Hopefully this time I'll be able to get further than June/July with it.
1. Get back in the gym!
And I don't just mean get back in the gym. I mean, get back and actually do the work. I've really let myself slip back into the slump of not working out and not eating right. I want to blame it all on the past month, but in reality, I stopped going to the gym regularly a long time ago. I also stopped counting my weight watchers points. One or the other wouldn't be bad, maybe I could have kept off those 16lbs I lost. But no. I had to do both.Because I'm lazy.
2. Rid myself of toxic people.
After the year I've had dealing with all the teenage drama I'm beyond ready to just get rid of anyone bringing anything but positive energy into my world. I don't want drama every other week. I don't want to worry about someone popping up and us having to spend our Disney World fund on getting them set up in our home. I don't want to fight with people who are not really an important part of my life, or my family's life. So good riddance toxic life suckers!
3. Build my wardrobe.
I am aware that this is slightly shallow. I'm OK with that lol. I have never been super interested in the fashion world. I love to watch Youtubers talk about their clothes and see the things they put together. But I've never ventured past my staple jeans and t-shirt ensemble. I've always wanted to be one of those girls to get asked where did you get that? when I'm out somewhere, but I've never been brave enough to buy things that might get that kind of reaction. So that's one of my lesser goals lol. Perhaps after I get back on track with my weight loss I'll be able to take this goal on :).
4. Build my blog.
I want to get more views for my blog and more likes on my facebook. I'm hoping that producing more content people want to read more frequently that it'll happen. I love to blog! I love writing about my kids and my life. But I'd love it even more if I knew people were reading it lol.
So there you have it folks. Four goals for my 2015. Are you making goals or resolutions this year? What are they? Comment below! :) Lets have a conversation!
